The timeline depends on the standard chosen and on the maturity of your organisation. On average: ISO 9001 — 3–6 months, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 — 4–8 months, an Integrated Management System (IMS) — 6–12 months. We work at your pace, without artificial pressure on deadlines.

Yes, and it is in fact recommended. An Integrated Management System (IMS) combines the requirements of several standards (for example ISO 9001 + 14001 + 45001) into a single coherent documented system, saving time and resources and cutting duplicated procedures.

An ISO certificate is valid for 3 years. Surveillance audits take place annually to verify that conformity is maintained. At the end of the three years a recertification audit is carried out. We support you through that stage too, not only during the initial implementation.

We provide the consultancy, the implementation and the internal audit. The certification itself is carried out by an accredited certification body that is independent of us (for example RINA, Bureau Veritas, TUV, DNV). This is an impartiality requirement imposed by the international standards.

Yes. The internal audit service is available both as part of the consultancy package and on its own. Rares Nicorici is an IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, so the audits meet the highest standards of competence.

We work both on site and remotely, depending on your preference and the nature of your activity. Travel is included in the quote for the stages that require it (internal audit, hands-on training). Everything that can be done efficiently at a distance — documentation, consultations, reviews — is done online.

CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism) is an EU mechanism that puts a cost on the carbon emissions embedded in certain imported products (steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers, hydrogen, electricity).
