We guarantee the quality of every product we ship. If the ISO to Mastery game has manufacturing defects, missing components or transport damage, we replace it in full at no extra cost.
What the guarantee covers
- ✓Printing defects — missing colours, illegible text, pages damaged in production
- ✓Components missing against the contents described on the product page
- ✓Damage caused during transport — crushed box, broken components
- ✓Personalisation errors that do not match the order placed
What the guarantee does not cover
- ✗Damage caused by the user after receiving the product
- ✗A change of mind — personalised products cannot be returned (see the Returns policy)
- ✗Normal wear from repeated use
How to claim under the guarantee
- Send clear photographs of the defect to office@goldenauditconsulting.ro
- Include your order number and a short description of the problem
- We reply within 48 working hours at most
- If the defect is confirmed, we replace the product at no extra cost to you
The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
Consultancy services
For consultancy and audit services, the satisfaction guarantee is defined in the individual contract. We undertake to deliver the quality agreed contractually and to correct any nonconformity identified within a reasonable time.
