2. Subject of the contract

By accessing the website and/or purchasing the products and services offered, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions. What Golden Audit Consulting® offers includes:

• ISO consultancy services (9001, 14001, 45001 and other standards)
• Internal audit, compliance audit and organisational assessment services
• Sustainability, ESG and legal compliance services
• The physical product ISO to Mastery (a professional training module in game board format)
• Training and development programmes
• Access to the eConformed platform (SaaS)

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are expressed in RON or EUR. No VAT is applied to the displayed prices. Golden Audit Consulting S.R.L. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank card (through the Stripe payment processor) or other methods indicated at checkout.

4. Delivery of physical products

The ISO to Mastery training module is made entirely to order and personalised for each client. Production takes 4–6 weeks, and for the ultra luxury version it can extend to 12 weeks. Courier delivery is added to that, within 1–3 working days inside Romania. Full details in the Delivery policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Under Article 16 (c) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, personalised products (including ISO to Mastery) are exempt from the right of withdrawal from distance contracts. We accept returns solely for manufacturing defects or transport damage, within 30 days. Full details in the Returns policy.

6. Consultancy and training services

The specific conditions of provision, deadlines, deliverables and payment terms for consultancy, audit and training services are set out in the individual contract signed with each client before the service begins.

Cancelling a contracted service may incur cancellation costs under the provisions of the individual contract.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — texts, images, logos, methodologies, training materials, and the cards and content of the ISO to Mastery game — is the exclusive property of Golden Audit Consulting S.R.L. or is used with the agreement of the rights holders.

Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any content without the prior written agreement of Golden Audit Consulting S.R.L. is prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of liability

The information published on this website is of a general informative nature and does not constitute legal, tax or other advice. Golden Audit Consulting S.R.L. is not liable for decisions taken by users solely on the basis of information on the website.

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Golden Audit Consulting S.R.L. towards the client is limited to the value of the service or product purchased.

9. Protection of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy and with the GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016). By using the website and submitting data through the available forms, the user consents to its processing for the purposes described in the privacy policy.

10. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, the user may turn to:

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law in force. Any dispute not settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

12. Changes to the terms

Golden Audit Consulting S.R.L. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the last change. Continuing to use the website after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
