Returns policy

1. Customised products — an exception to the right of return

Under Article 16 (c) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, goods made to the consumer specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the right of withdrawal from distance contracts.

The ISO to Mastery training game is a personalised product — the boxes, cards and components are printed to order according to the specifications of each order. For that reason, no returns or exchanges are accepted for this product, except in the situations set out in point 2.

2. Exceptions — manufacturing defects

We accept a return or free replacement within 30 days of delivery, solely where the product shows:

• printing defects (missing colours, illegible text, missing pages)
• components missing against the described contents
• damage caused during transport

To request a replacement, send photographs of the defect to office@goldenauditconsulting.ro together with your order number. We reply within 48 working hours at most.

3. Consultancy and training services

Consultancy, audit and training services are provided under the contract agreed with each client. The cancellation and refund conditions are set out in the individual contract signed before the service is provided.
