Delivery policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver throughout Romania. For international orders, please contact us in advance at office@goldenauditconsulting.ro so we can confirm availability and shipping cost.

2. Production time

The ISO to Mastery training module is made entirely to order and personalised for each client. Production takes 4–6 weeks from payment confirmation.

For the ultra luxury version, this can extend to 12 weeks, depending on how complex the personalisation is.

You will receive an email notification once the order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time by express courier within Romania is 1–3 working days.

Total estimated time from placing the order to delivery: 4–7 weeks for the standard versions, and up to 12–13 weeks for the ultra luxury version.

4. Delivery cost

The delivery cost is shown at checkout, depending on the weight of the parcel and the delivery area. Free delivery may apply to orders above a certain value — check the product page for current details.

5. Parcel tracking

On dispatch you will receive an email with the AWB number for tracking the parcel on the courier website.

6. Problems with delivery

If the parcel arrives damaged, refuse to accept it and tell us immediately at office@goldenauditconsulting.ro. We will deal with the situation as quickly as possible.

7. Consultancy services

Consultancy, audit and training services are delivered at the client premises or online, as agreed contractually. They involve no physical delivery.
