Internal ISO Audit
in Romania
Outsourced internal ISO audit for companies already certified to ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001: an external IRCA auditor checks the management system ahead of the surveillance or recertification audit and delivers a report with nonconformities and a corrective action plan. It covers the standard's internal audit requirement (clause 9.2) and follows the ISO 19011 guidelines; duration and price depend on headcount, sites and the standards audited — you get a fixed quote after a short call, for companies across Romania.
Why outsource the internal ISO audit?
Many companies run the internal audit with their own staff — but that approach has clear limits: an internal auditor knows the processes and the colleagues, which reduces both impartiality and the depth of the evaluation. An external IRCA auditor finds the real nonconformities more easily.
Genuine impartiality
We do not know your processes in advance. We assess objectively what exists, not what ought to exist.
IRCA competence
Our auditors are IRCA certified — the international competence standard for management system auditors.
A report you can use
We do not deliver a tick-box report. We deliver a document with clear nonconformities, evidence, and a corrective action plan with deadlines.

Frequently asked questions about the internal ISO audit
What is an internal ISO audit?
An internal ISO audit is an independent evaluation of the management system in place, carried out in line with the requirements of ISO 19011. It verifies whether the processes work as documented and as required by the chosen standard (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and so on).
How often must an internal ISO audit be carried out?
The ISO standards require an internal audit at least once a year, ahead of the certification body surveillance audit. For more complex or higher-risk systems, more frequent audits are recommended.
Can an external firm carry out the internal ISO audit?
Yes. ISO 19011 allows the internal audit to be outsourced to an independent consultancy, provided the auditors are competent and impartial towards the processes being audited. SMEs frequently prefer this approach.
What does the internal audit report contain?
The internal audit report contains: the audit findings (conformities and nonconformities), the evidence collected, the classification of nonconformities (major/minor/observations), improvement recommendations, and a corrective action plan with deadlines.
